Do Bio Toilets (MTK) Freeze in Winter?

Our experience and practice have shown that at a temperature of −20 ºC, any bio toilet cabin will freeze.

There have been many discussions and experiments regarding this situation, but one thing is clear: if the servicing frequency of a bio toilet is once a week (or less), the cabin will inevitably freeze. Therefore, we recommend ordering service maintenance at least twice a week during the winter season.
